Key providers include: Kinde (authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (transactional email), and our cloud database provider (PostgreSQL hosting).

Dealers

When you click through from a Motoscope listing to a dealer's website, you are leaving our platform. Any information you provide directly to a dealer — including your name, phone number, or email — is governed by that dealer's own privacy policy, not ours.

Business Transfers

If Motoscope LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership and the applicable privacy choices available to you.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations. Dealer listing data sourced from DMS feeds is retained only while the dealer's integration is active and removed or archived upon termination.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 9). Note that some information may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytical purposes.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

Essential Cookies

Required for the Site to function, including maintaining your session and authentication state. These cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.

Analytics Cookies

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site. This collects anonymized data about page views and usage patterns without tracking individuals across other websites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair Site functionality. Most browsers provide instructions for managing cookies in their Help section.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, database row-level security, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to take steps to protect your own information, such as using a strong, unique password for your account.
